A celebration of game: culinary days featuring venison, roe deer & more at Hotel Restaurant Alpenblick.
From 29 September to 31 October 2026, things are getting wild at Hotel Restaurant Alpenblick in Weggis. And no, we’re not talking about the Middle Ages or untamed animals. We’re simply very excited about a few delicious weeks filled with venison, roe deer & more, plenty of indulgence and, ideally, a few wisps of autumn mist drifting across the lake.
Look forward to dishes such as roe deer pepper stew, breaded roe deer escalope, venison entrecôte and game ragout. We serve them with hearty seasonal sides such as red cabbage, creamy savoy cabbage, chestnuts, apple with cranberries, quark spaetzli or bread dumplings.
